The organizers of the 70000 Tons Of Metal cruise, the original heavy metal sea adventure, have recently started announcing bands in advance for the 2024 edition of the festival. In addition to the five bands that have already been confirmed, new additions include Nanowar Of Steel, an Italian power metal band known for their comedic style, Warkings, a power metal group from central Europe, Thyrfing, a Swedish Viking metal band, Lord Of The Lost, Germany’s representatives in Eurovision, Nervosa, a female thrash metal band, Crypta, a Brazilian death metal squadron featuring two former members of Nervosa, and Aborted, a beloved Belgian deathgrind band who will be unveiling their new album on the cruise.
The cruise will set sail from Miami on January 29th and will make its way to Puerto Plata, a town in the Dominican Republic.
The current lineup stands as follows: Aborted, Angra, Crypta, Draconian, Epica, Equilibrium, Lord Of The Lost, Nanowar Of Steel, Nervosa, Thyrfing, Unleashed, Warkings.
